The Harbor Light Foundation is proud to announce the launch of the Heart Aware Program, an innovative initiative dedicated to improving heart health through education, early detection, and community outreach. This program is made possible through a strategic partnership with Health ComplyAi, a leader in AI-driven healthcare solutions, and a generous mini-grant from the American Heart Association (AHA).

The Heart Aware Program aims to address the growing prevalence of cardiovascular disease by providing individuals and communities with accessible tools and resources to promote heart health. The initiative includes interactive educational workshops, and access to cutting-edge technology to support proactive heart care.

The Harbor Light Foundation, Health ComplyAi, and the AHA share a unified vision of creating healthier communities through collaboration and innovation:

• Health ComplyAi brings its expertise in AI-powered healthcare, contributing a digital platform that enables participants to track their heart health, access personalized recommendations, and manage lifestyle changes effectively.
• The American Heart Association's Mini-Grant supports the program's outreach efforts, allowing the Heart Aware Program to expand its reach to underserved communities and provide vital heart health resources.

1. Health Screenings: Free blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screenings to identify potential cardiovascular risks.
2. Education Workshops: Interactive sessions led by healthcare professionals focusing on heart health basics, nutrition, and stress management.
3. AI-Driven Technology: Integration of Health ComplyAi’s platform for personalized heart health recommendations and progress tracking.
4. Community Engagement: Outreach initiatives targeting high-risk populations to ensure equitable access to heart health resources.

The Heart Aware Program prioritizes accessibility, particularly in underserved areas where cardiovascular disease disproportionately affects individuals. The AHA's mini-grant will fund outreach events and screenings in these communities, ensuring that no one is left behind in the fight against heart disease.
