FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
West palm Beach, FL – January 15, 2024
The Harbor Light Foundation is proud to announce the launch of the Heart Aware Program, an innovative initiative dedicated to improving heart health through education, early detection, and community outreach. This program is made possible through a strategic partnership with Health ComplyAi, a leader in AI-driven healthcare solutions, and a generous mini-grant from the American Heart Association (AHA).
The Heart Aware Program aims to address the growing prevalence of cardiovascular disease by providing individuals and communities with accessible tools and resources to promote heart health. The initiative includes interactive educational workshops, and access to cutting-edge technology to support proactive heart care.
The Harbor Light Foundation, Health ComplyAi, and the AHA share a unified vision of creating healthier communities through collaboration and innovation:
"We are honored to partner with Health ComplyAi and the American Heart Association in launching the Heart Aware Program," said Jocelyn Campbell, Executive Director of The Harbor Light Foundation. "Together, we are breaking down barriers to cardiovascular health by empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to lead healthier lives."
The Heart Aware Program prioritizes accessibility, particularly in underserved areas where cardiovascular disease disproportionately affects individuals. The AHA's mini-grant will fund outreach events and screenings in these communities, ensuring that no one is left behind in the fight against heart disease.
Educational workshops, and live demonstration and activation of mori App for users
The Harbor Light Foundation invites individuals, organizations, and healthcare professionals to join the Heart Aware Program in its mission to create a heart-healthy future for all.
